Rosario's has a full line of smoked meats and barbecue. We have our own line of rubs, seasoning blends and injections and we make our own barbecue sauces. We slow smoke whole briskets for 14 to 16 hours, Boston Butts for 6 to 8 hours and ribs for 5 hours until they fall off the bone. Our breads are all homemade and our Seasoning Blends are all made with the best quality, freshly prepared seasonings and spices. Barbecued Beans, Pit Baked Potatoes, Potato Salad, Bacon Wrapped Seasoned Corn on the Cob and Homemade Fresh Fruit Cobblers make our Barbecue Dinners the west, north, east or south.
